New Apple products
New Apple devices and accessories sold by Flash Deals come with Apple’s limited warranty. Warranty repairs are carried out by Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider, not by Flash Deals. We will help you start a claim. Call or WhatsApp 0700 000 000.
Some Apple warranty services, for example on iPhone, may be limited to the country where Apple first sold the device. If this matters to you, ask us about the specific unit before you buy.
Other brands
New DJI, GoPro, Insta360, Hollyland and Beats products carry their manufacturer’s warranty. Claims go through the manufacturer or its authorised service centre. We will help you contact them.
Refurbished and pre-owned items
Refurbished or pre-owned items are clearly labelled on the product page. They are not covered by the manufacturer’s new-product warranty unless the product page says so. Ask us before buying if you need warranty details for a specific unit.
Faults found soon after delivery
If an item is faulty when you receive it, our Returns and Refund Policy applies: report it within 7 days of delivery (24 hours for damage in transit).
What warranty does not cover
- Accidental damage such as cracked screens, drops or liquid damage
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than the manufacturer or its authorised service provider
- Normal wear and tear
